Domino’s Pizza will create more than 2,500 employment opportunities across Australia over the next six months on the back of strong robust sales it has achieved in the first four months of this Financial Year.
The new jobs will come as Domino’s plans to open up to 40 new stores in the first half of 2012 as well as employing more team members across its 500 existing stores.

Big dollars in general are being spent in the Australian pizza market. Local chain Eagle Boys now reports over $200 million in annual sales with 335 stores accross Australia, and still growing fast. The chain has been going hard after its competitors, mathcing Dominos' "Cheaper Tuesday" offers with large Pizza as low as $5.95 in metro areas.
Australians associate large sporting events with ordering pizzas, and are prepared to pay a premium for having them delivered.
With no end in sight to Australians' hunger for the originally Italian culinary delight - the Pizza market looks very promising over the coming decade.
